The female body undergoes significant changes, which can result in unwanted musculoskeletal imbalances related to stability, hormones, changes in body shape and lifestyle. In conjunction with hands-on physiotherapy, we work with new and expectant mums to ensure they are looking after themselves during this time of body and mind transition.
